The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and efficient, the food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty although the chips too greasy for me, I thoroughly enjoyed the hake,
The room was very clean but unfortunately I struggled to sleep in the heat with no air conditioning or even a fan

Great friendly staff.
Good Restaurant
Comfy bed
Nice room
A flawless check-in despite arriving later than expected. The reception team are extremely friendly and room, although dated, clean, with a balcony when the weather allows you to venture outside.
overall very clean and comfortable but the restaurant menu was very uninspiring,
it needs catering for more options rather than something in a bun or with chips ,
Hotel was really cute and quiet. There was a wedding happening and the decor was beautiful. Staff were great and helped us out when we needed to order food at 11pm. Really pretty little hotel.

Pleasant but tired hotel.
The staff were pleasant, hardworking and helpful. The room was comfortable but tired, for example the carpet in our room needed replacing. The evening menu was very restricted but food was good and well presented. Cooked breakfast was not very hot and both poached and scrambled eggs very overcooked.
The service at breakfast and from staff generally is 2nd to none. So worth it overall.
Really happy with the way we've been treated on both visits so don't hesitate to book here in my opinion!
I have been staying regularly at this property for some time know. I really like the fact the staff remember me and take care of me .

This place looks great on the outside and the staff were nice but the property is worn out on the inside and in need of renovation. Ranks well below Travel Inn standards
5 stars given and would definitely stay here again
Superb! Excellent customer service, comfortable bed, clean and thoughtfully laid out room. Door leading onto a patio area with two chairs and a table to relax on whilst looking out onto the garden. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
