"I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3.. The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room. The breakfast was with very limited choices. "

"Location is perfect close to DQ avoiding major traffic congestions. Excellent cordial service. Rooms are very spacious. Parking is practical. "

"I first stayed at this hotel in September 2024 and I enjoyed my staff. I returned to Riyadh in September 2025 and the event hotel was full so I had another look at this hotel. My 2nd stay was amazing! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite but more importantly the ladies gym and spa has opened. I wish i had brought my swimming costume as the indoor ladies pool looked great. Gym was good, my only suggests would be it is a little warm due to the proximity of the pool and small towels and water...

"I loved my stay at Nova M Hotel. The room was lovely with big windows and a nice view of the Abaya Mall. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly liked that there's an iron and ironing board in the room, there is a chain lock and peep hole on the door for safety as I am a solo traveler and they are happy to reheat your food if you sign a waiver so my take aways from the night before were not wasted! "Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day."
