"Everything was good. Just one bad experience trying to contact the front desk.to inform.them of late arrival, and I got a rude AI program! You can tell this program was purchased because it promised shorter phone help for us customers but all it did was piss me off. Talks too fast. Gave me wrong information. When I did arrive at the hotel, one clerk aggreed with my assessment and gave me a card with the front desk direct number. "
