"Our stay was amazing. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The room is cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar is always stocked even with snacks and drinks all day. We can’t wait to stay again!"
"Exactly what I needed. Just in town for one night to see a late show at the Metro. Everything was walking distance. Adorable furnishings, clean, pet friendly, great breakfast and patio at the sister accommodation next door and well priced. Loud bars close by, but, that was as described. My dog was not bothered. "Very nice hotel in great condition. Exceptionally clean, surprisingly quiet, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Daily free breakfast was okay, but not great.
Only downsides: fairly low water pressure in the shower, especially in the morning; heating unit under the window is a little bit loud right next to bed.
Overall a great value and would absolutely stay here again. "
"Nice hotel in a nice area of Evanston close to shops and restaurants. Parking easy in back for a fee. Our daughter is at Loyola U about 3 miles down the road so was p pretty convenient location to go back and forth. "
"I was only here, overnight to attend a funeral. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and provided great customer service. The only mishap was the coffee making in my room, didn't work, but that was no big deal. Great Hotel!"

Is clean. Multiple restaurants and pub nearby. The street has no sweeping schedule. So it is easy to find parking spot. I do have garage reserved but my ford F150 would not fit. So I parked on the street had no issue at all. I love this place. Thanks."
