Liked all the above marked. Totally not handicapped in bathrooms with low toots. The shower doors are inconvenient. Mattresses were worn in the middle that made hard to get out of or turn

I liked that it was a quiet, clean and safe place to be at. I did not have a chance to explore the surrounding area so I am not sure what shopping or dining options there might have been.

Okay stay
The shower was nice, bed was comfortable. While we were looking for ice a man from housekeeping started to let himself into our room to check it to see if it needed to be cleaned he said. That was rather unsettling. Other than that, there were a couple places to choose from to eat. Make sure you specify the liquor for your mixed drinks or you may be surprised with a liquor “up” charge. A rather sneaky way of making your bill more.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly but the casino might as well not be there! Most of the restaurants were closed so there was very little to eat, no breakfast unless you want to eat from the microwave. We don’t gamble so there was literally nothing there to do.

Room was very nice and clean. Resort was cold so take a sweater - even in a summer heatwave. Our encounters with staff were positive and friendly.

Not as good as hoped
The pool was so not near as big as advertised. Not advised that most of the restaurants are closed on Mondays. Not accustomed to having hotel rooms smell like smoke.

Ice machine was in pool area where it locks after 10. Room was at the end of the hall at the end of the building with entry access was only through the front of the hotel.

Friendly, professional and helpful personnel.
Beginning with the exceptional service by Chelsea at the front desk to the friendly cashier at Lagniappe, all the Coushatta personnel were professional but very welcoming. My friends and I will be back very soon. Even the robotic floor sweeper waited for me to pass by.

Decent hotel. Need to replace the towels and wash cloths they are stained and no longer white. Rooms need a little TLC, beds a bit saggy. Room was quite and has a small kitchenette.

To start with all went well until it was time to take a shower and then mins later momma came out and said the shower was not draining properly call the front desk to report it mins later serve man came in and was trying to unstop it mins later a second man came in with some drain opener and hand devise to rod it out waited an hrs came run water still not draining properly got another room and the next day was going out for a few hrs ask to have housekeeper to clean the room while we were out and was told that since covid they dont come in the room you would have to request what is needed and clean it yourself requested some towels and was brought 2 bath towels only at time had to call the front desk and ask them if we could please get us the towels needed to take a bath

I left behind a blouse, pair of slacks, and a NEW jacket. I have called and left messages with several people. I keep getting the run around. I'm very upset, and annoyed with myself for forgetting to doublecheck the closet, however, I am more upset with the staff. I don't want to call anyone a thief, but no the housekeeping staff should have turned it in to the lost and found. I'm glad that we only stayed one night, otherwise more things might have gone missing.

Valentine's Day Hide-away
I had a view of the roof. The service was slow. I waited in a line to check-in to the hotel. Shower was half cleaned. I had to go get extra water for the room. My husband had knee surgery and it made things felt unsanitary. I enjoyed my visit regardless. The casino staff was very friendly.
