If you have heavy luggage, be aware that you have to bring it up several stairs to reach the lobby (there is no ramp or lift - the stairs are the only way). The breakfast was good, the people were pleasant, and the amenities were fine. The standout feature of this hotel is the location. Oban is a really lovely town and this hotel is right across from the harbor."
