The overall all appearance of the hotel was clean. Bathtubs could use a good refresh. When we made up the sofa bed. There was a leftover bottle of water and the mattress was covered in crumbs. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding for the pullout sofa was thrown in the bottom of the closet instead of a clean sealed covering, as we have experienced before. We weren’t sure if it had been replaced and there was no fitted sheet or pillow cases. Got the necessary clean sheets from front desk and made up bed. Comforter for the sofa bed had holes all over it. The king size bed was in order, and very comfortable.

Great and clean hotel. The not issue was I wanted to stay in my room to watch play off games and they have direct tv. I was unable to watch the fox channel.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the free breakfast. Everything was fresh. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Staff was wonderful. Had a late check in.(with children) And the lady at the counter was so nice and understanding. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

For the area I guess it is the best you are going to get. The only thing I did not like about the room is the water pressure in the showers are horrible very low pressure.. and the carpet had burn stains in couple of areas we stayed two different night and two different room and they both had carpet burn through out the room.

I don’t see how this facility could be rated 9.2. Not cleaned-maintained to any consistent professional standard. Scuffs and scrapes in the hallways and room walls. Carpet beginning to show some wear and stains in various areas. The sheets and towels we’re clean but I’d rate cleanliness an 8.0 at best.

The guest service and room were great. The pool and pool area were not clean. The jacuzzi which I was so ready to relax in after a long training was not working.

Fantastic breakfast!!!! After that, it was just average. I thought the bathroom and shower were a little dirty. The toilet handle was broke. The water smelled a little. The towels also were quite worn…the property needs new towels bad. The room was fine, just nothing great. Bed was a little too soft.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. I would definitely stay here in the future. I was unable to complete my stay this was due to inclement weather that cause a power outage in the city of Kilgore. All things considered it was unexpected experience that was handled very professionally by the staff.

This was a very nice and clean hotel . The room was a nice size . We got the king suite with a sofa bed and we had plenty of room . The staff was very nice considering the night we stayed there was a terrible storm that knocked all the electricity out in the hotel and surrounding areas .

Weekend Visit
Clean room, Tv Guide was a bit outdated with channels that "aren't available with this package." Bathroom had the basics toiletries supplied, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. small hotel shop has a bit of everything in a pinch. Breakfast was great, with a nice variety of foods. The only downside was as I was leaving I pulled the bed spread off to be sure nothing got stuck and discovered a stain on the fitted sheet :/

Dirty with No service
The pull out bed was dirty. The room sleeps 6, yet we only had towels and washcloths for 2. The hot tub was broken and the pool was not circulating water properly. They did not apologize for the dirty bed and we had to change the sheets ourselves. Then the dirty sheets stayed in the hallway over night. I should not have to touch someone else’s dirty sheets. My sister visited us while we were in town and they tried to tell her that she could not have her service dog with her. We will not be staying here again.

20hr drive-this hotel was a relief.
Driving from FL to Fort Sill. Made it 14hrs and needed a rest. Booking was easy and the front desk was waiting on us to check in ;) the property was quiet and clean. The room was very nice! Clean. Comfortable. And the quick same day price was beyond fair.
