"A beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay for 2 nights west of Waterford. Phyllis and TJ were wonderful, delightful and knowledgeable hosts who were a delight to be around. Phyllis is very skillful in the kitchen and the traditional Irish breakfast was a culinary delight. TJ’s suggestion for a seafood restaurant took us to Dunmore East for a wonderful evening. "From our arrival til our departure, the service at Mount Juilet was impeccable. The Hotel itself is beautiful with spacious well decorated rooms, well thought out amenities and a lovely spa. We both enjoyed massages (some of the best we have had). Meals in The Hound were tasty and well priced. The Saddle bar has a lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sean who offers historical talks on tbe estate on Thursday and Sunday evenings.
