"We booked on hotel.com, we showed up for our reservation. A sign was in the window saying they were on a 10 minute break and they had a phone number. We waited for 10 minutes then called the manager of the property told us they were closed and we should just go home."

"Staff was nice. Shower tub - slow drain so ultimately standing in dirty water. There was a slight slope so I could stand farthest from pooling water and turn the shower off while sudsing and let the water drain. Clean sheets on bed. Bed was fine as far as comfortable. Floor was nasty throughout. Parking was plentiful. Heat worked well. Toilet was clean."

"The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though just to not stay there."
