Check in was easy, easy access to rooms by elevator (though it could become crowded), nice room, nice facilities. Breakfast was fine, not a big selection, but it was fine. Location is superior! With very easy access to the main shopping area, lots or restaurant options, very close to several bus routes, and we had a nice view down to the public bath/water fountain.

Great location so close to the ferry. They were happy to look after our luggage before checkin and after checkout. We were in a room overlooking the water which was good. Very comfortable beds, good lighting an excellent hairdryer

It was a nice stay in this new and neat hotel. Room was nice and clean. There was little to no noise and we could eat together with our children in one of the restaurants opposite to te hotel.

Good affordable choice for downtown Kiel

The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to ferry terminals, main station, and city center. The rooms appear freshly remodeled and are very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. Parking in a garage in the same building (at extra cost).

New hotel with good and clean rooms. The family rooms are a bit small and the bunk beds only work for children up to 150cm. Breakfast was normal, could use a small upgrade. Great location and good views from room

A frezzing stay

We arrive around 9.30 at the evening with our 10year old child, tired after a long drive. We are then told that the aircon in the room is broken. We are not asked if we want another room. To tired to discuss, we go to the room, and it is freezing cold, because outside it is -2 degrees, so not a good experience. They had time to contact me with a private message through this app, about the parking conditions, maybe they should also have mentioned the freezing cold room.
