"Nice hotel, friendly staff, food was okay but was expecting more like grits/bacon/fruit...the parking lot to go to the hotel is scary due to several potholes... Overall it was nice."

"We had 3 rooms reserved, all very clean and nice. Beds were comfy, would only stay here again if we could get 3rd floor! Biggest complaint was kids on 3rd floor above us as well as our second room had family/small kids waking up at 0600 and bouncing off the walls and beds on 3rd floor above them, families with small kids need to be on 1st floor!! Second morning breakfast Buffett was wiped out by 8:15 due to large group, suppose to go to 0900, went to McDonlads for breakfast that day. Buffet could offer more fruit than just an apple. We are not big people and the toilets seats were like a potty chair for a 3 year old. Like I said we’d stay again due to cleanliness of establishment but have to be 3rd floor."

"Awful odor on third floor. No breakfast. We tried to get breakfast at 7:00am and there was no eggs which was what was being served in their “continental breakfast”. So much for the free breakfast."

"Started at check in, no record of reservation, checked again… oh you’re already checked in, No! I just drove 7 hours from Dallas. They checked someone else in for mine under the FIRST name, Got another room… STINKY, window leaking water, nasty looking, not a King bed like I reserved. Then a barking dog for a hour dnd a half while trying to rest .This was a first and last reservation at this chain."

"We stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match the ratings at all. The property felt very worn down overall. There was visible wear and tear throughout the hotel, including the lobby furniture and the room furnishings. One of the biggest disappointments was the gym. Nearly all of the cardio equipment was broken except for the weights, which was frustrating since access to a functional gym was important to us. The towel situation was also odd. Our room initially only had one bath towel along with several washcloths. I requested additional towels, but after housekeeping refreshed the room, we were once again left with only one towel. The bed linens also looked wrinkled and somewhat unkempt upon arrival, which did not give a clean, fresh impression. To be fair, the location was convenient, the complimentary breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast, and we did not experience any issues with bugs or cleanliness concerns like rodents. However, for the price we paid, we expected a much better overall experience and better maintenance of the property."
