Creepy and dark, I went check out at 6 am, because need to get in other city, some staff sleeping at the sofa in the lobby

If your looking to get out of the elements and there is no other hotels, this is the place you'll stay. No redeeming qualities about this place. It will be hard pressed to give it a two star rating by international standards.
