"Not many options were available for dining. Only one restaurant was open. There were no umbrellas in the swimming pool and it felt really like there was a shortage of staff. I understand the situation and probably the hotel is ramping back up; however the service was not up to the level of that hotel"

"The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location."

"The hotel areas were generally in good condition and the staff were helpful and engaging. The pool was showing several areas of wear and tear with tiles missing and still lieing in the pool. The Address resident apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. The general communication around the trip wasn't great. The facilities at the apartment were disappointing and there was no ownship of our stay and the issues that occurred. "
