"When I was feeling under the weather and resting in my room, the hostess kindly brought me honey tea, easy-to-digest food, and medicine right to my room. They are truly wonderful people."

"Very good property . Rooms have beautiful decorative details and comfortable amenities. Very friendly staff . Hotel is close to all the main places to visit in Samarkand, just a few steps from Necrópolis Sha-I- Zinda and other attractions. They offered free bottles of water and tour options . Very good selection to stay in Samarkand."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern. The rooms are comfortable. If you like a big breakfast however, then you might be disappointed. We were in Samarkand as part of a big cycle touring trip and had to take our own food to breakfast to fill us up properly. Taxis are easy to get in Samarkand with the Yandex Go app, so exploring the city is easy from the hotel."

"Amazing stay once again."

"Very nice new clean place. Excellent location."

"Hôtel familial très agréable"

"Central location and staff spoke English and were helpful"

"It is one the best hotels I have ever stayed at the service was excellent and the room was well-lit and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Samarcanda. Thank you"

"A wonderful hotel. Superbly located close to all that the beautiful city of Samarkand has to offer. Our room was spacious, clean & very comfortable. We slept very well here. Breakfast was lovely & the staff very helpful & friendly. We were made to feel very welcome & would definitely stay again. Absolutely recommended."

"The Afrosiyob is a classic hotel, meticulously clean, with some of most helpful staff I've encountered in hotel industry. They maintain a boutique feel that encompasses the beauty of Samarkand, combined with comforts of modern life. We LOVE staying here."

"I rarely leave a bad review for hotels but this place just seemed like death by a thousand cuts. When we checked in, it felt like they gave us the worst room they had, on the ground floor facing a busy street, even though we had booked for four nights. When I asked to change, they said they were completely booked. When I pressed further on whether more expensive rooms were available, they said yes. So communication could be improved a little here. The room we changed to turned out to face an...
