They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and if need assistance with transportation around Bangkok, you can be sure they will hook you up with great driver and guide. Once i find something that is great its very hard for me to try something else. Every time that i will visit Thailand they can expect me to stay with them. Their customer service is off the charts and much appreciated!!"

"Hotel was beautiful. We only stayed for a night because we had a connecting flight the following morning to Phuket. We arrived near 1am and staff was ready to serve when we arrived. This hotel is NOT in walking distance from the airport and requires a shuttle to hotel (~20min, but wait for shuttle was 45min). "
