"Premium room was great. Breakfast was, as always, fantastic.
Some staff quite noisy, unfortunately. Seemed to forget that guests were in the next room and banging things around at 6am or earlier. When reminded, they stopped.
Otherwise, great location -close to food and drink options, and a short Grab ride to Robinson's Mall if you want dentist, hairdressing, shopping, more food, etc.
Free shuttle to and from the airport is amazing too. Given the driving and bell hop staff don't get a lot, a tip of 20 or 40 Baht goes a very long way."
