"The room was large and clean with a small bathroom. But as long as clean I’m happy, which it was. Great location near the airport and safe area with nearby 7/11, Durian sales and pharmacy. The Japanese restaurant was really extraordinary. Everything we had was tasty and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful, large waiting area in lobby with comfy chairs and a complimentary shuttle to airport. Great laundry on first floor."

"Its quite a well kept and clean hotel and even though the staff weren't good in explaining things in English they utilized the internet apps available quite well to assist us in our everyday queries. Very efficient and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city just close to my meeting venue at the ICAO Regional office and closer to 2 huge shopping malls. Very convenient."

"The breakfast was good and adequate selection. The room was clean and I had a good rest. My only issue was that I was charged when I asked for ice in the room for a pain in my neck due to an accident I had on my third day there and had muscle spasm. They gave me a bucket when I needed only a few to put in a plastic bag to make into an ice pack. The hotel should have an ice pack as first aid kit."

"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."
