"This was an absolutely great find. After traveling through Thailand for about three weeks and experiencing all kinds of different hotels, this was like stumbling into an oasis. The property was clean, the room was large and modern, and it had a balcony with an great view to boot. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond. She helped us set up a private boat tour of the lake, as well as arranging taxis for us throughout our stay. Would 100% stay here again."

Tepid bathtub water even after 5 kettles of boiling water to warm up. Woman woke me up with 5 minutes of knocking at 8am and would not go away. Then came back again apparently to deliver breakfast which I didn't order. No vegetarian food on menu. "

"Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF THERE’S FIRE HOW WILL I GET DOWN THESE STAIRS WITHOUT FALLING? "Beautiful stay with incredible views. Staff was helpful to arrange a taxi and activity for us during our stay. Small very quiet resort close to Cheow Lan Lake. Ensure you have a way to get there and plan ahead. Worth it for the view alone. "
