"We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!"

The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. "STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

"Clean and fancy. Some items looking slightly worn but still the best hotel in the area. Street vendors smoking meats across the river with the windows open in the main hotel areas led to smoke smell filling the hotel. Staff seemed clueless that people might not like that. AC was weak in room but expected for Georgia. AC was weak in gym, but gym was nice. Pool stunk heavily of being over-chlorinated. Smelt like 10ppm or something crazy like that. "
