"Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "

"Room was ok. The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. As for the rooftop bar, hasn’t been used in years ! "
