Absolutely amazing staff members they went above and beyond to help us out and accommodate our needs, if you need a hotel to stay at the palms hotel should be your choice also the breakfast everymonring is quite delicious.

Room was clean and a nice size for two people. This is an older place but well kept. The staff were very friendly and the daily breakfast was quite good. Parking was easier than I thought it would be, we used on street spots throughout our visit. There were lots of food and tourists options nearby. When going to the more popular areas we used Uber, wait time 1 minute! Overall my visit was positive and I'd stay again.

This was great for us. Room was a little cramped but we were out most of the time. It’s about 1/2 mile from Duvall but it wasn’t a bad walk and is much quieter. We didn’t mind the walk but if you are looking for Duvall around the corner, look elsewhere. We didn’t mind make it mass at St.Mary of the Sea. And the priest, Most Rev. Chris’s was so welcoming and engaging.

I enjoyed being in the "Old Town" area. Parking was scarce, but once I found a spot I stayed put and walked or used LYFT. The location was only a 20 min walk to Duvall Street or the dock for all the water sports. This was a fantastic stay!

This hotel was a charming place to stay within walking distance of Duval St., about 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk. It s quiet. The room is small, but for 2, it suited us just fine. The pool was refreshing after walking back from a hot day and the breakfast was filling to get you started for the day. If you like exploring old cemeteries, there is one behind the hotel. We walked through it on the way back from Duval St. This place is about 15 min. walking from where the Key West Ferry docks.
