"Unable to understand with the staff on my arrival. It was so frustrating!! Other than that nice atmosphere."

"So Pretty and clean the place"

"Just not what we were expecting! Multiple elevators out, no ice machines, and our air quit. We were moved to a new room! Pool was nice but food was just okay. “Beach” area definitely needed some improvements."

"Property was in poor shape and all the balcony’s were off-limits due to “structural integrity” concerns"

"Hotel did not off free breakfast package included and paid for in stay. Hotel does not offer breakfast on weekends, only brunch. On checkout, we were charged for a breakfast which should have been included in our stay. We were told we ate past the breakfast hours which were in the brunch hours 😡"

"The roosters crowing early morning was irritating "
