Sammy does a great breakfast. However, the AC unit put out great cool air but was noisy. Had to turn off and on to get some sleep.

The Garden House was a quaint, yet surprisingly comfortable villa. It was very lovely and peaceful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to fully experience Key West life, as it was close to everything. No vehicle needed. Parking would have been difficult if we had brought a car.

This was a lovely little place I found for my first trip to Key West. The room was immaculate, breakfast was just what I needed to start the day and the staff were helpful and very polite. Check is was a breeze and very conveniently located.

Overall, I had a good stay. The Garden was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch and appreciated. The only issue during my stay was that the AC wasn’t working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. However, the host was responsive and the cleanliness and included breakfast helped make up for the slight inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was close to the warf and a short walk to Mallory Square. Sammie was worth his weight in gold for the property. He was very helpful & accommodating with a great personality. This guy does it all. Breakfasts were good. The only negative I could possibly say was that there was speratic issues with water pressure. Other than that - it was excellent & we would return again.

This was our first stay and visit to Key West. We were very impressed with this booking. Rooms were very clean; grounds were very well taken care of, and the pool/hot tub was great. "Sammy from Miami" was a great host, made the best breakfast waffles with fruit, and Katie the dog was a plus. Within walking distance to Duvall Street, the Marina, and all of the attractions. We will stay here again and highly recommend it. Andy
