"This loft apartment #316 worked well for me. I didn’t need anything fancy, but wanted to be near UMiami and the beach. Staff are very kind and in office till 5pm. Gave us a discount on bike rentals. Switched our room right away because air conditioner wasn’t working in original loft room. No toiletries provided. WiFi did not work well so I had to go to a coffee shop daily. The place was clean, all door locks worked, shower had warm water, free parking, and has an elevator."

"Perfect place to stay before a cruise. Food spots walking distance also Publix and Walgreens near walk. Had no idea the mail room was only opened certian hours but staff helped us get our packages needed for our cruise the next day! They also hold luggage in case your flight arrives early and your room isn't ready. Breakfast selection was great as well. Will definitely stay again"

"Clean and adequately appointed rooms. Good layout and accommodating staff!"

"Hotel staff were very nice and gave us an early check in. The location was walkable to the nearby shopping mall. The rooms were pretty dated, mainly the bathroom area. The issue with this hotel is we got 0 sleep due to the traffic noise. It was so loud all night…nonstop racing of engines and squealing tires. The other travelers in our group were awake all night as well. We spoke to others in the lobby in the morning and they said the same. I would never stay here again."

"We did not use any of the amenities. The rooms were not very clean. The waited on the elevators took forever. It was way overpriced for the size of the rooms. We thought we were getting two queen beds. We actually got two full-size beds that were so hard. You could not sleep on them. We also was charged in amenity fee that was never made clear prior to the booking being arranged. We found out when we checked out of the room and got our receipt. They also charge you $50 to use their own parking...

"Location fine. Staff helpful. Transport awesome"

"Literally got a room for 5 where all the electrical plugs besides 1 didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t turn on…. called the front desk just for them to tell us there was no tech to come fix it till 8am. You’d think people would make sure the room works before assigning the room to be in use. Thank god we had friends 2 doors down where we could shower."

"The ac would not go on. The TV would not show the World Series game. No microwave. No refrigerator so the medication went bad. Airplanes fly over during the night. They have a hidden fee for parking. Terrible experience!"
