Saya booking dengan hotels.com, kami datang sudah malam sekitar pukul 11 malam, ketika kami mau cek in dikatakan tidak kerjasama dengan hotels.com dan kamar sudah penuh semua. kemudian kami komplain via bebas pulsa hotels.com dan dikatakan akan menghubungi pihak hotel nya kebetulan kami pesan kamar 1 deluxe 2 superior dan 1 standard. Tetapi kami kecewa hanya dapat 1 superior dan 3 standard. Kamk benar2 sangat kecewa terutama ke pihak hotel. Walaupun selisih diganti pihak hotels.com. Tetapi saya berterima kasih ke pihak hotels.com yang menelpon kami terus menerus perihal kenyamanan dan keluh kesah kami. Terima kasih.
