Literally nothing negative to say. Beautiful, clean and your room gets clean every day. Staff is so communicative it’s crazy. 10/10. I made sure to leave a tip for the cleaning staff when I left. Just book, you won’t regret. I will definitely be booking again!

When we arrived, our bed was stained. Our pillows were stained. Our towels were dirty. Our AC was leaking or outside bed was also stained. I called the reception to let them know about our issues and there was only a security guard working and he did the best he could, which was leave a note for the staff tomorrow. There was a lot of mosquitoes and they didn’t have the light in that kills them all and we had to use the plug-in ones which didn’t work.
