"Lovely hotel and good food - sometimes service in the restaurant could be better as we often didn’t get the drinks we requested.
But staff were kind and considerate otherwise.

We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive.
Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre.
These could have been set up by the pools or beach.
