Staff very friendly, only stayed 1 night. The air conditioning really did not cool the room needs to be replaced or repaired. The door handle and lock needs to be replaced and or updated it seemed like it was ready to fall off. The view was very nice. Good location. For the price compared to other hotels I was disappointed considering the air conditioning and door lock. No elevator so if you do go there understand you’re gonna carry your luggage up and downstairs..other that those things it was a nice stay.

Great place to stay

Large comfortable and quiet room with balcony overlooking the sea, lovely shower, good breakfast. Great infinity pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Water dispensers on each level, and good bar and restaurant for food and cocktails. Easy walk to explore the area and to just walk along the beach. Best to swim in the sea in the morning and evening when it's less busy. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay @ Saravon Hotel, Kep, Cambodia. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, the beds comfortable & air conditioning works well. A wonderful breakfast was included daily. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. There is a pool on site. Walking distance to the Crab Market. Easy to get transportation if required. The restaurant has amazing food - something for everyone. We will stay there again!!

Beautiful setting with balcony views of the water. Very clean. Staff attentive. For me, being older, there are many stairs and mostly no handrails. For safety reasons I wish they had handrails. .

Great location and I think all the rooms have balcony’s and are on the water. Easy elk to Crab Market and pool overlooks the sea . As with most places in Cambodia no where to refill my reusable water bottle so left many refillable plastic bottles behind. Hope they fix this issue.

Excellent location

The location of this hotel was perfect. It is located right across the road from Kep Beach, which is as close as an hotel can get, and since the hotel is accessed by a short set of stairs, every room has a fantastic view of the water. The village around the hotel is a bustling place with many restaurants and small shops and it has a wonderful vibrant feel. The crab market is a nice walk or a very short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel itself is definitely dated and in need of upgrades. However, this did not detract from our stay here due to the location. There was plenty of hot water, the air conditioner worked well and the restaurant had excellent food. And the staff were very friendly. I would come back here for certain!
