The only downside was the Presidential Suite. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long black hairs in the tub and shower from previous guests, mold-like residue on the shower head and handles, and rust/dark mold around the tub edges. The TV also didn’t work, possibly due to dead batteries in the remote. For guests booking the Presidential Suite, these basic cleanliness and maintenance details should not be overlooked."

"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "

"The staff does not represent Radisson quality and they did not get proper training in hospitality. Very rude and indifferent towards guests. They only work when threatened with consequences. The room and property were good but the stay experience was terrible. They need to improve on their staff so they don’t behave as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay in the property."

"Hotel is near krishn janmbhoomi mandir and there is auto stand nearby so easy to get autos. Hotel was clean, staff was helpfull. They don’t have electric kettle for you to make tea in room. They have room service to provide tea, or dinner as a paid service."
