"It needs to be more staff after 11pm. There was only one staff and ge was struggling with 6-7 people sitting and orderimg outside at 0"

"Really this hotel should not have been open for booking as they were in the middle of a major rennovation. They did upgrade us to the suite on the top floor but had not taken the bother to clean it and it was very dusty. It does have marvelous views. What also was a big worry, was that there was no obvious fire escape from the top floors and would be a death trap should fire break out. The hotel has obviously seen better days and is in need of a major amount of money spending on it to bring it...

"Kaldığımız odanın tavanı nem çekmiş ve pul pul dökülüyordu. Giriş yaptığımızda televizyonun üstü ve nem alan yerin alt kısımları kar yağmış gibiydi iki gün temizlemediler. Kişi sayısına göre havlu, saç havlusu ve terlik giriş yaptığımız odada eksikti tuvalet kağıdını bile istemek zorunda kaldık. Bu Hotel için yorumlarda gözüken puan çok fazla. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde benim için artısı bu oldu. İkinci defa bursa ziyareti yaparsam tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. "
