"Very friendly staff. Breakfast ran out of some food items before closing. Room generally in good condition, but the floor needed sweeping and mopping. And they should have hired a valet or two to help customers with luggage with the elevator being out of order. I watched an obviously exhausted, older traveler become very discouraged when the desk staff told her that she would need to carry all her luggage up to the third floor using the stairs."

They even said they were "checking the cameras" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. "
