"The property was conveniently located just 3 blocks from the Space Needle. Unfortunately the hotel lost power for 4 hrs but the staff did everything they could to comfort the guests while waiting for problem to be fixed. The staff carried many large and heavy guest’s bags to the 4, 5 and 6 th floors."

"Stayed 2 nights for a concert I came to see at Climate Pledge Arena. Very nice and clean place, and super helpful staff. Arrived on an early flight and was allowed to check in early. Next time I'mback for another concert I'll try and book here!"

"The staff was great and very helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building was well kept for being old. The elevators were alright but aware if you have alot of luggage, it may be uncomfortable to luggage it down and up the flight of stairs to get to the elevators. All in all, a nice hotel in a nice area location!"
