"Very convenient location and good value. Internet down on arrival. Only real negative is no ice machine on property. We were glad not to have to pay for “breakfast” since we are gone before breakfast, at most motels. We used to stay at Shilo Inns which is currently closed. We will now stay at the Cerulean, even when Shilo reopens"

"Room was clean, had everything we needed. It was nice and quiet but we had floor 4 room so no one was above us. The property was beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Loved all the walking paths. If I had one complaint it would be the bed was a bit to firm for me but besides that the room was perfect."

"Check in didn't go well as our assured reservation request with Melody in March for a top floor king bed on the lakeside was let go. The front guest clerk Alex didn't seem to care and showed no respect and was very dismissive. The rest of the staff was great"

"When I arrived there was another couple in the office waiting for staff, I saw a sign that said will return in 5 minutes, I asked how long they had waited? She said about 10 minutes, about 5 minutes later employee came in. I asked if it was safe, was told the owner installed super bright lighting around the property yo make it like daylight, it ended up being lighter than described. The cleaning of the unit was poor. One of the two beds in the room was placed up against the AC unit making it unsafe/unuseable. Very adequate parking, nice restaurant next door and great location"

"Parking was perfect, the many spots ideally positioned, staff was most helpful and understanding of a complication I had, AND terrific location near highway and importantly terrific cafes/food places. I didn't need air conditioning. I totally recommend this place and plan to use again later this month."

"Stopped for one night on the way to Crater Lake. Recently updated room. Only one restaurant in the area, but it was good and there is a convenience store in the parking lot. We would stay again."
