I am sincerely disappointed to learn you didn't enjoy your experience at our Wharf Annex. We take the cleanliness of all of our rooms and properties extremely seriously. All of our rooms are thoroughly inspected by both the housekeeping and front desk team. In regard to our light fair continental offering, we are always looking for guest feedback on how we can expand/improve our offering. At the moment, we offer coffee, tea, juice, multiple types of yogurt, granola, oatmeal, whole and fresh cut fruit, hard boiled eggs, a variety of cereal, muffins, and bagels. Again, we are always looking to create an offering that appeals to our guests and will continue to review feedback from our guests in an effort to continuously improve our guest experience.

We take the cleanliness and upkeep of all of our properties extremely seriously. I sincerely apologize if you felt your accommodations did not meet your expectations or that my management team didn't take your concerns seriously enough.
