Not ideal for business
Room did not reflect the photos on the website. Not ideal for business travellers, no breakfast until 7:30am, and parking is not ideal. Had to wake up another guest to get my car out in the morning for an early start, as it was sandwiched in the car park.

Amazing stay at this little gem of a place. Rooms are amazing - the bathroom was huge - so enjoyable. We will def be back!

First time staying in a hotel on my own and felt very safe. Lovely welcoming staff. Extreemly clean room and a fabulous nights sleep.

Was an ok stay check in was ok just given my key and sent to room? No instructions on tv room etc WiFi? Breakfast just toast and jam cereal’s?? Very very noisy at night not expecting on Wednesday evening!

disappointing
Not sure which bedroom was used for the photos on the site?certainly not ours….the service in the cocktail bar was awful-waited so long for overpriced drinks and kept being moved for other guests-did not feel welcome AT ALL-the party downstairs was very noisy until 1am in the morning too

Avoid if you want a good nights sleep
About the noisest room we have ever stayed in. Room was at the top of stairs leading into the bar area, which was open until 12.30. Room was ok, bit small but was clean, but impossible to get a good nights sleep with the noise

Comfortable and convenient, poor breakfast
Very comfortable, quiet and spacious room. Breakfast let the stay down though. Happy with a 'continental' breakfast (I never have a cooked breakfast) but the amount of choice was very limited.

Always a lovely, comfortable stay but this time my room hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned - dust on side tables and really quite bad down by sockets. Also, the bathroom light is on a motion sensor and went off twice while I was in the shower, leaving me in the dark unless I ventured out of the shower cubicle and waved my arm about.

My room (standard large) was absolutely lovely, with a really spacious wet room. The only thing I’d improve is the breakfast, and if you want a good parking space, check in as early as you can.

Excellent top marks. Very lovely hotel
This place was excellent. It was a shame there was no restaurant but the town is less than a minutes walk away. From start to finish i was made to feel very welcome. I had a court yard room with private entrance. The room was immaculate and the shower was the best shower i have ever had in a hotel room.

Overnight stay in. Kenilworth
Very pleasant stay, host very helpful, room comfortable and warm. Good location for local restaurants. Breakfast continental style but plentiful. We will return to this hotel.

An individual hotel with a great cocktail bar
A small hotel with a nice room. Tea/coffee making facilities and nice toiletries. The ground floor is an excellent cocktail bar. Lovely friendly staff at all times.

Comfortable hotel in good location
The Kenilworth is a comfortable, well located hotel in the centre of town. Staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were a good size.

Style over substance
Room described as a suite was a small standard room. Breakfast was a basic less than average buffet. Coffee machine in room but no kettle option so powdered tea !

Total Nightmare!
Our Stay was a complete disaster, the owners booked in a Wedding Party but decided not to tell us so, we did however work it out between the hours of 1am and 6am..... Our room was on the Ground floor of a 1970's house that has been converted to 4/5 bedrooms, the other guests who where part of the Wedding Party walked around all night long, if you could imagine a herd of elephants charging from one end of the building to other whilst chattering away you would have an idea, the sound proofing of this building is simply none existent which was not helped by the selfishness of the wedding party who simply did not care how much noise they made for the duration of the stay. The owners had little interest when at checkout I made the comment that I had not slept all night, the wedding party said they had a wedding planned and its just how it is..... In addition the wi-fi didn't work. I wont be back and I would not recommend this place if you need to sleep

The bed was comfortable although there could have been more pillows and the pillows that were there were hard. There was a coffee machine which didn't work and i would have preferred a kettle in the room. I would have liked a better lock on the door. The room was stuffy and i thought it was expensive
