"Warm welcome and amazing, helpful staff team. Lovely clean rooms and great water pressure. Buffet style cooked breakfast was only thing that was not 100% ... one day it was all pretty dried under the lights, although the next stay it was much busier and breakfast was fresher as turnaround of stock was faster. We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was good but a little pricy, although expected for a hotel restaurant. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"On the whole there wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay. We had a superior room which was very spacious. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room, bar/lounge area or the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner menus were v.good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. These are my honest accounts. My only regret is that we did not find the time to use the pool or sauna. However they do serve a lovely pale ale at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone."

"An amazing hotel, we stayed here for the second part of our mini-moon to the Lake District. The hotel is stunning, amazing views overlooking the lake. The staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful, special shout out to Noel on the gate, gave us a lovely welcome. The spa/pool is stunning, a great place to lounge around and spend the day if its raining and the bar attached to the spa made it all the better The in house restaurant Mizumi was great, all the food was inventive and tasty! The hot tub...
