"The property is a really nice all-inclusive resort. Great property, very green, well maintained. It is excellent for travelers with pets as it is pet-friendly. They provide a pet hotel option if you want to leave your pet there - very nice facility. Or if you want your pet to stay with you - make sure you check on the types of the rooms that allow pets in (like Cedar house) as it is not evident from Expedia information. They have pet beach which is great so you can bring your dog/pet with you....

Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. "A very poor stay – we wanted a relaxing beach hotel and got a cold & very basic hotel We paid Euro 492 for 3 nights. We were expecting a smart hotel with lush grounds. I’ll break my review into 1/10 vs 8/10 1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms.
