The hotel was very basic. Which I figured from the time of my booking. Would have been better off paying more to stay at a better hotel. The staff were helpful, though not outwardly attentive. I probably would not return to the Begonya, and would only recommend for those on a budget.

we bought all inclusive but there was no alcohol served (staff was telling us to go to the shop and buy beer, it was 10 minutes walk), no wi-fi, nobody speaks English, the property is falling apart, dirty and old bathroom, staff wasn't friendly and nice at all. STAY AWAY.
