"Our room was amazing, rooms get cleaned everyday, they have AI WhatsApp which is great and helpful, WIFI is amazing all around the hotel, they have bars all around for proper hot and cold drinks , snack bar , beach looks fantastic, you can see sunset which we didi one morning around 5:54am ! Food is all inclusive and IT IS SO FRESH AND TASTY, lots of variety every single day!!!! You can not stop eating haha. Staff are amazing also and so helpful and freindly."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Akra Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was truly outstanding, huge compliments to the kitchen staff for the incredible quality and variety every single day. The bartenders were excellent as well: friendly, fast, and making amazing cocktails throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and always perfectly maintained. The service across the entire hotel was exceptional; every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. The beach was another highlight, crystal clear, pristine water and a beautiful atmosphere for relaxing. The animation and entertainment team also deserves special recognition because they made the experience so much fun and kept the energy high every day. "The hotel was OK. It delivers what you'd expect according to it's price point. Beach access and pool were the highlights. Lowlights include the service - majority of staff unfriendly and look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Drinks were bad, the beer was the only thing that was drinkable, the cocktails were atrocious. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and many guests would push and shove others out of the way to get their fix, something akin to pigs at the trough. "

"It's a nice resort with lots of fun especially with families with kids. Food was amazing, pools and sea were amazing, kids activities were amazing... I have two complaints though; the desserts were not very good and it would be great if they add a few different water slides to the aqua park. Even with these deficiencies, it was a great holiday."
