The hotel was super clean, modern and rooms are a great size. Staff were friendly and helpful- Facilities are excellent also. Just be aware, the swimming pool is mandatory swim caps! I used for business in Kemalpasa, there isn't a great deal around the hotel, as its relatively industrial area.

Perfect adaption to Covid19

They have adapted perfectly to the "new life" after Covid19. Very strict with the rules, cleanliness regulations. Highly recommended.

The second dayy the air conditioner has been shut off. Inside the room is very hot. the third day the room dosn´t be cleaned up to 16:30. It was not my first stay but it was the worst stay at that hotel up to now. I hope in two weeks it will be better.

Suit oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen maalesef çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Odamıza girdiğimizde perde motorunun bozuk olduğunu fark ettik ve perdeler açılmadığı için tüm konaklamamızı kapkaranlık bir odada geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Durumu resepsiyona bildirip oda değişikliği talep etmemize rağmen, perdeler çalışmadığı halde herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı ve odamız değiştirilmedi. Bunun yanında rezervasyon sırasında özellikle **sigara içilmeyen oda** tercih etmemize rağmen oda ağır ve rahatsız edici bir sigara kokusuyla doluydu. Hem odanın teknik arızalı olması hem de sigara kokusu nedeniyle konaklamamız oldukça konforsuz geçti. Bu standartlarda hizmet veren bir otelden sorunlara daha hızlı çözüm üretmesini ve misafir memnuniyetine daha fazla önem vermesini beklerdim. Maalesef beklentilerimizi karşılamayan bir deneyim oldu ve tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.
