"A nice place. A bit worn but solid and clean. No hair conditioner so bring your own! You had to make a reservation for the breakfast buffet and if not you have to walk 5 minutes to get a coffee and muffin in the pool cafe. Overall fine"

"The hotel is located outside of Perth centre, in a quiet area and close to the Almond river. There is a lovely riverside walk within half a mile of the hotel. There are no busy roads close by, so the hotel and grounds are quiet, which we appreciated. The reception and restaurant employees were helpful and polite. Sadly, I cannot give the hotel a higher rating than 2 stars because it really needs refurbishment. The furniture in the room shows signs of wear, and the walls need redecorating. There...

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Scone Arms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the improvements already completed look fantastic. Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. "A very pleasant and convenient place to stay for train travellers. There is no elevator for the upper floor, but that didn’t affect me. The weather in April isn’t quite nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the patio and view, but it would be excellent in the warmer months."

"We had a really lovely 1-day stay at Leven House. The hotel itself is positioned really close to the town center, and has a really calm and lovely atmosphere about it. Our room was so clean and cozy, with PHENOMENAL shower pressure. The owner was so kind and chatty, the breakfast was tasty, and overall we just had a really nice time. They use local produce as much as possible which is excellent . Towels and bed linen were good quality and beds and pillows comfortable too. Would very definitely stay here again."

"Location is convenient for the most part. Parking is a bit deceptive as you need to part almost a block away. Tried to "What App" the host as suggested but got no reply. Small apartment with no fans (very hot) to use and had no air conditioning."
