"Breakfast okay. Staying for multiple Days and having limited options that were the exact same became a little repetitive. Served its purpose but nice to have variety or change up Menu for price being paid. Our room had sticky residue all Over the desk when we checked in and the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept prior to our arrival. The flooring in our room was damaged and the carpet frayed for being a newer hotel. Couldn’t use the hide a bed because it was too uncomfortable...

"If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this is it. Yes, the inside looks like your Grandma’s 70’s home, and “Breakfast” is toast, hard boiled eggs, or cereal. Really should even advertise breakfast at all…More like a simple start to your day meal A/C unit was as loud as my uncle when he drinks. But Hey my 3 day stay in Kelowna wasn’t a $1000 bucks."

"Not exactly a quiet place was in a busy section though right were everyone walks by, other rooms likely better, and doors were kind of hard to open and close just older place but has a great outdoor pool and convenient location, clean and friendly staff especially the girl working check in desk on Saturday afternoon. She was hilarious and great customer service :)"

"During booking it was shown double bed (queen size) in room but actually it’s twin beds, small in size. very uncomfortable to sleep. Not suitable for two people."

"Biggest annoyance was not having a microwave in the room, being told by the front desk that we can come and ask them to heat things anytime and then being treated like a giant burden when we did just that. Breakfast was pretty good, cleaning times for the room were a bit irregular and we had to ask for towels etc a few times but they did a great job when they came."

"I was in Kelowna for a 4-day trip, and I never met such kind staff before. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they were very kind to assist us with any issues or problems. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel and want to give a shoutout to all the staff!"
