"Loved this B&B. So homey and comfrotable. The owners went over and above to make sure we were comfrotable driving in, parking and having access since we had an very late arrival.
A very large yummy breakfast was served each morning and we got to choose the time. Homemade pound cake and cookies are served each afternoon and a stocked mini fridge with soft drinks and waters are also included.
They have a great front porch swing, coy pond and firepit. This is a quiet getaway and a great place...
"The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!"
"This is a beautiful new feeling hotel with comfortable rooms and great beds. The parking is free and very easy. The area is quiet and safe. Very easy access to Abingdon. Free coffee and cookies and dog treats all day! The pool area is especially nice. Would highly recommend! "
"Hardee's is across the street, bed is comfortable (my husband has back and neck issues), owners are friendly and accommodate our needs weekly and the room is always clean and ready for us. We stay two nights a week regularly due to my husband's work location. It's my understanding this motel used to have issues, but I've seen none in the two months we've stayed there. We will continue to stay here when in this area for work."
"Nice hotel but not much to eat around the hotel. A pizza spot and a McDonald’s are your only option so if you just want to walk somewhere that’s all there is. "

"Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless. "
