"Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht (vor Abflug) gebucht. Hier hätten wir es aber auch länger ausgehalten. Eine wundervoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung im Souterrain. Unser Gastgeber kam extra vorbei, um uns zu zeigen, wie die Schlafcouch ausgezogen wird. Als Überraschung fanden wir auch Cookies und Cola im Kühlschrank.
Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort noch mal buchen, auch für mehr als eine Nacht"

"We totally missed that some room options were shared bathroom. The place was pretty noisy (our room was close to the lobby). For the (Iceland corrected!) price, it was good. Proximity to the airport is great, but be aware the airport shuttle is an additional fee."

"When we decided to extend our trip by one day, we stayed here overnight because it was close to KEF. We had such a nice experience! We wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel restuarant and the local area. Next year we will plan to stay for 2 nights. The refrig in the room was barely cold but it did not matter to us since we were not using it except for drinks and it would have been nice to have extra pillows (or fluffier ones). "The cottage was very nice and roomy with a view of the Harbour. However, the bedroom is really small and barely any room around the bed so the person at the back would have to crawl over the other person to get out. But loved all the space after smaller hotel rooms in Iceland. Check in was super simple. Note there is not a lot around this area due to the past volcano action. It is close to the Blue Lagoon though, and that is why I picked it. We enjoyed Papa's for pizza but then were sort of out...

"This was a great property for a first night in Iceland as it is close to the airport.
I did not understand that it is more of a 'bunk house' situation. Our room, which I thought was only for two people had a double bed and 3 sets of bunk beds. Luckily no one else was in the room. It all worked out OK and that was probably just my misunderstanding. It was clean and neat and like I said, super close to the airport without being in a big city atmosphere!"

"We stayed in the bathroom included hut and it was very nice.Very comfortable bed and clean room. Short drive to airport .A bit isolated but good food at the local gas station nearby.You pick up room key from a coded lock box onsite so no face to face.Only improvements I would recommend is a extra pillow and we were unable to get the TV to work."

"Staff was very helpful. We had trouble locking our balcony door and the front desk came up to assist. We stayed in the Pearl room. We didn't realize our balcony was a shared balcony with another room and the common space shared amongst the suites. There were no issues, but would have been nice to know before hand. Overall the room was very clean, very nice, and we enjoyed our stay for 1 night."
