"Very good service and helpful staff, Extreamly clean room. Value for money"

"Sehr zentral gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, Kühlschrank in Zimmer; alles war super"

"Nice 3 starred hotel, close to shopping zone. Discounted parking available at the entrance."

"Le changement de serviettes est sur demande, nous avons fait la demande mais n'avons reçu aucun service. Nous avons dû allés chercher serviettes, papier hygiénique et sac pour la poubelle à la réception durant notre séjour de 3 nuits. Par chance, la gentille dame de la réception nous a offert le petit déjeuner gratuit pour le jour de notre départ en compensation du manque de service que nous avons eu. Ce qui fut grandement apprécié. Tout le reste était très bien."

"The room was very basic, but clean. The so called "fitness" is nothing moren than a very small room with 1 bike and 1 crosstrainer. Biggest topic for not being so satisfied with my stay was the Halloween night. There was a party in the lobby, with loud music till midnight. And till 1:30 in the night people were still walking, talking (shouting) in the hallways. If I had known about this party, I would have booked a different hotel. Breakfast is OK, nothing outstanding, but also not bad."

"Todo perfecto, super bien ubicada."

"Absolutely fine. Presumably it's a one-night stay for most people before catching an early flight. The hotel was good, there was no noise, it is right next to the terminal, the staff were good, the facilities were good. Loved the large double bed! Our only comment would be that there was only one teabag of each flavour. You can't assume that only one person is staying in the room, so at least two of everything would surely not be unreasonable,"

"tutto perfetto, ma è un posto pensato più per lavoratori che per turisti"

"Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect."

"Nos encantó!, bonito cuarto, alegre, fácil estancia y muy cercano a la parada del tranvía. Excelente!"

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"The room is very clean and new furniture. Good location. The stuff is very good."

"Einchecken ohne personal ist nicht so optimal! Bei gehörlosen Menschen brauchen oft Hilfe! Telefon ist unmöglich!"
