When I checked in, my room was not ready. I was sent to an upgraded room, which I was so pleased with how they handle the issues. I like their pool and quiet environment. Great experience and will come back if I am visiting Kona again

Our stay at Kona Bali Kai was very nice. The condo had a washer and dryer inside the unit, which was wonderful. The ocean view from the room was great.
