"Absolutely lovely. Felt like I was staying with family. Quick walk to the gorgeous beach, next to a beautiful shrine, and a short walk from a delicious Ramen place. Not to mention the Onsen!!! What a magical experience it was to enjoy the outdoors and soak. And last but not least the breakfast! Felt like my mom made me lunch for the day. Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"This hotel did not match the pictures. It has not been maintained and has some water issue causing an odd odor in the hotel. It smelled like mildew throughout. The carpet had holes and in the area leading to the dining room walls were open to the jungle behind the hotel. Staff was nice but we were charged extra upon arriving. More than 500 dollars for my son. This was not expected. I asked to leave in that case and they said they would still charge me the whole amount. Do not book this...

"Amazing place to relax. All super clean and staff always ready to help. Loved the onsen in the room."

"Truly authentic Ryokan experience. While a lot of the extra fees are detailed in the description of the property (within the fine print) we were taken aback that we had to pay additional fees for a 3rd guest ($300US+ for a two-night stay) when the room is described to have 5 beds. The dinner buffet was $30 per person, there aren't a lot of nearby restaurants within "walking" distance, the property seemed a lot more tucked away then I'd anticipated. Fortunately the convenience store onsite gave...
