"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "The location was so calm and peaceful. Lovely short walk to the local beach with sunbeds etc. Lovely Greek taverna near the beach as well. Pool amazing 70 m long. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful. Room clean but could have been better cleaned daily - didn’t complain though. Gym adequate but only 1 treadmill that was in demand."

"Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68."

"I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "

"We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in Lassi and we had an enjoyable stay in a nice location. Lovely staff- breakfast was nice and the pool snacks were even better! Can highly recommend their Greek pizza- it was delicious! The only things that stops me giving 5 stars is that the curtains in our room were very thin and we had a bright light shining in all night- blackout curtains would be good for the rooms. I also didn’t like that guests could smoke anywhere including by the pool but...
