Wenn man vom aufgeheizten Istanbul in die Berge flieht und endlich mal bei frischer Bergluft gut schlafen möchte, wird man bitter enttäuscht: Die Zimmer haben jeweils einen französischen Balkon und man könnte gut lüften, aber man darf die großen Fenster nur kippen. Die durch die Sonne aufgeheizten Zimmer mit Bergblick (teurer als andere) bleiben die ganze Nacht heiß und stickig. Das ging nicht nur uns so, auch andere Gäste haben in der Nacht durchgedreht. Alle sind nach einer Nacht wieder weggefahren. Angeblich gilt die Aufmachsperre seit Kurzem auf Anweisung des Tourismusministeriums. Wer soll das glauben? Deswegen: Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen!!

Mükemmel hizmet ve rahatlık

Ailem ile 2 gece konakladık.Tüm personel profesyonel ve yardımsever ama 3-11 shiftindeki resepsiyonist arkadaşa özellikle teşekkür ederim.Otel Ilgaz dağının zirvesinde çam ağaçlarıyla kaplı tam bir oksijen deposu. Odalar geniş temiz ve konforlu.Kahvaltı çok iyi ve fazlasıyla yeterli. Türkiye ve yurtdışında birçok yerde konaklama yaptım fakat Jura hotel deki kısa tatilim ayrıydı. Çok teşekkür ederim seneye tekrar görüşmek dilegiyle. (Buraya gelen misafirlerin özellikle Tuz mağarası ve Kırkpınar yaylasına gitmesini tavsiye ederim) Araç olmayan misafirler resepsiyondan yardım alabilirler

Herkese merhaba, Doğayla başbaşa kalmak istiyenler için mükemmel bir yer ılğaz dağı,bunun yanında oksijeni bol yürüyüş parkurları seyir terasları kafa dinlemek için idial bir yer. ayrıca ılğaz milli parkın içinde bulunan Ferko Hotel mükemmel bir konaklama tesisi.Özellikle çalışan tüm personeli müşteriye karşı çok ilgili ve kibarlardı ve hotel çok temizdi.ben eşimle üç gün kaldık çok memnun ayrıldık.bir seneye bir aksilik olmasa evli olan çocuklarımla gelmeyi düşünüyorum dost ve akrabalarıma bu güzel ve harika yeri anlatacağım cennet ülkemde böyle yerleri görsünler Ferko Hotel'in tüm çalışanlarına ayrı,ayrı teşekkür ediyorum hepsi harika insanlardı.

Konum mükemmel.Tesis yeni ve temiz fakat işletmede ciddi sorunlar var.Personel asık yüzlü.Rezervasyon yapmadan önce telefonla arayarak o gece canlı müzik olup olmadığını sorup olumlu cevap almama rağmen gidince yok dendi.Grupça hayal kırıklığına uğradık.Daha sonra itirazlarımız çerçevesinde müzik organizasyonu yapmaları olumluydu.Gece ayağım kaydı ve düştüm.Resepsiyondan buz ve ilk yardım malzemesi talebim oldu.Fakat hepsinin kilitli olduğu söylendi.Bahçeden bulduğum bir poşete kar doldurarak yarama uyguladım.Check out işlemleri son derece uzundu.Fatura alabilmek için uzun süre bekledim.Gece yaşadığım olayı anlattığımda Resepsiyonist Esra hanım normal bulmuş olacak ki tepki bile vermedi.Yatırımcının emeğine yazık olacak bu gidişle

Tahminimce bölgedeki en güzel tesise sahip hotel ormanın içinde. Kayak merkezine ücretsiz servisi var ve 2-3 dakika mesafede. Yemeklerde çeşit az ama kaliteli. Genel temizlik iyi.

Tüm kötü enerjinizi bırakın ve dönün.

Otel gayet güzel, temiz, konforlu, çalışanlar hizmette iyiler ama sadece yoğunluk var bu yüzden 14.30 da otele girebildik yarım saat geç olarak. Zaten gün 12 de başlıyor ve 17 de bitiyor bu arada vakit biraz boşa gitti diyebilirim. Ama genel olarak herşey iyi ve güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

We made a reservstion thru expedia and settled the cost by credit card in advance but reservation was not recognized by the hotel and could not check in by the reservation reference number then newly paid the hotel accomodation cost again. Expeida excused it was because of miss arrangemebt by intermediated travel agency in between two parties of hotel and expedia. we concluded expedia was nothing doing but enjoying profit only, or harmful on line exploiter.

Nice Hotel, however it is located in National Mountain Park and if you travel with your car they charge you entrance fee of 14 TL per day despite you are a hotel guest. Reception didnt register my spouse and he had difficulty ordering any services due to hotel was not seeing him as a guest staying in. Lots of stray cats and dogs, which hotel is not feeding and not allowing guests to feed them.

Yemekler vasat. Temizlik genel olarak iyi. İnternet imkanı iyi. Apart odada kaldığımız için ana bina da bulunan odalar hakkında yorum yapamayacağım. Apart odaların bakıma ihtiyacı var. Otelde ailece 5 gece konaklamamız oldu. Her şey çok güzeldi. Odalardaki tek eksiklik klima olmaması. Bunun dışında en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin konumu, çalışanları, yemekleri mükemmeldi. Her sene tüm aile olarak en az 1 hafta konaklama yapmak istiyoruz. Her şey için çok teşekkürler ☺

Nice hotel in the middle of nature

The hotel was very nice and our stay very pleasant. We were a group of four adults and we had booked a family suit with a half board for us, which was also confirmed via email. Upon arrival we were, however, guided to two separate hotel rooms with an ínterconnective door. We tried to ask what had happened to our booking but failed to get an answer... It was not a big problem for us as the hotel rooms were very nice and clean with a view over the mountains. The buffet breakfast and dinner which were included into the hotel price were abundant and overall very good. The hotel amenities say that there is coffee/tea maker in the room, which was true but there were no tea bags or coffee or tea cups... One of our group took a full body massage and one a back massage. The massage facilitites were clean and nice and the Indian massage ladies did an excellent job - highly recommended! In the evening there were live Turkish pop music in the separete building in the resort area. Nice experience as well!
