"Excellent stay. Staff was attentive and accommodating with all our requests. The only thing that I would suggest is that they should add to the description of the RIAD that it is a 5 minute walk from the vehicle drop off point to the door of the RIAD. This would help with expectations of guests, especially for senior citizens. "

"Ideal location, excellent staff and customer service, however the breakfast was a bit disappointing (no eggs or merguez sausages) and the lighting in the shower could be better together with more powerful AC in the room. I would definitely recommend Al Misk and book again. I look forward to another visit to Marrakech and Riad Al Misk."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hospitality including scrumptious breakfast. The Kasbah has a nice Moroccan vibe and walkable to the Medina. It’s a blend of boutique riads and luxury hotels. Watching the morning sunrise from the rooftop was memorable. "

"De gastheer en gastvrouw waren uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, warm en behulpzaam. Vanaf het eerste contact voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen, gaven goede tips en deden er alles aan om ons verblijf perfect te maken.
Ook de communicatie was echt uitstekend: snel, duidelijk en zeer professioneel, zowel voor als tijdens ons verblijf. Dat gaf meteen een vertrouwd en ontspannen gevoel.
Kortom: een perfecte riad met geweldige mensen. Wij komen hier zonder twijfel heel...

"We loved our two night stay here. Ayoub was a very good host and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We had dinner there one evening and it was outstanding, our best meal in Marrakesh. The location is great, easy to walk to many different attractions. Highly recommend!"

"It's quiet, comfortable and relaxing once you are inside the riad, and the staff is very helpful. If you are arriving by cab, you will most likely be dropped off near the tower of Kasbah Mosque, which is about as close as you can get by car. From there it's about a 5 minutes' walk. "Das Personal war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sowie auch Abendessen vom Küchenchef Jawad waren jedes mal hervorragend und er selbst war auch so sympathisch und zuvorkommend. "Breakfast included , if you have any evening tea or Coffie they will charge end of your checkout day , so be careful, they also charging tax on your checkouts I don’t understand if we already paid for our accommodation then why tex need to pay when checkout ? Make sure check and confirm your room size before you go otherwise they will give any room might be leading with small size disappointment so confirm before you fly. NO exhaust fan in the toilets.

"I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it.
The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea.

"Breakfast was only served from 8:30 am-10:30am, so I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast everyday, because my tours were booked and pick up time was 8 am. Rooms were clean although they were small, wifi was available. Close to Kasbah you can walk, but it’s not safe in the night if you’re alone."
